[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] How to import GEDCOM files to Legacy

Jeff,

If you want to compare data in your existing Legacy file with 
information in another GEDCOM you have received, you can first import 
the GEDCOM data into a separate Legacy file. Then you can view the two 
files in "split screen" and look up families in each through the "name 
list." You can even just copy over selected individuals or immediate 
families into your own file without merging in the entire file. I have 
done that when a friend in SGGEE has shared a file with me, but we share 
only some extended family ancestors, not everyone. Then I have that data 
with sources for those individuals without doing a complete merge.
