Interesting the name "Stark" should come up as that is the surname on my Mother's side.
Her family had a farm in the Steinbach area.  I have a little bit of family information and am willing to share.

A few years ago there was a listing of  church records of southern Manitoba.
I can't seem to find it again.  I have recently found a record stating
Myrtle Lillian Schmitke, daughter of Gustav Schmitke and Johanna Stark was
born in Steinbach, Manitoba,  Sept 1928.  Does anyone know where I might
find this record?
