The interesting thing is that the writer was not consistent with the letter "K".  There are quite a few examples on the page, showing different "styles".


The most obvious example is on entry 130, with the given name of Karol, and a last name of Kurtz.  The two different "K"s exhibit very different styles.  The "K" in Kurtz is very similar to the "K" in entry number 145, while the "K" in Karol is similar to other entries:  at the bottom of the left side of the character, the vertical strokes seem to gather together, while the others do not.


Examples may be found in entries 78, 83, 96, 98, 103, 110, 118, 121, 122, 137, 142, and 147.

The line is 145 and the starting letters are in my opinion Ke no i in
between.
Best is to compare with line 77 which reads clearly as Kiefer.

The name looks like Kiepert  or Kepert
