[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Confirmation records- tests?

The Confirmation records have a heading with three subheadings which appear
to be areas of knowledge required to be confirmed.  The three areas are
Reading, Catechism, and Holy Scriptures (my translation).  There are
"grades" under these columns for each communicant.  I am having difficulty
reading the script and translating these grades.  Gut is obvious but there
are several others I cannot read or translate.  Is anyone familiar with
these "grades"?  Also, does a passing grade in "im Lesen" confirm literacy?
