[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Trouble opening scanned pages on agad site

Regrettably this is a problem with the AGAD website (only certain pages).  We've tried to find a technical solution at our end without success and we have reported the problem to the webmaster but never received a response.

Just wondering how to get scanned pages on the agad site to open.
Some pages open with no problem, and some will only open the top of the page.
I'm very new to this searching so appreciate any help.
