[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Missing relatives of Ludwig Joseph family

Using the database on sggee.org, I found the birth and marriage records of my 3rd-great-grandparents, Ludwig Heinrich Joseph and Justina Witt. I know Ludwig and Justine were born and married in Nowy Dwor parish in Poland, and had their first couple of kids there, and moved to Volhynia between 1862 and 1875. I've searched the parish registers for Nowy Dwor, and their last child on record there was born in 1862. However, I can't seem to find their son Samuel Joseph (born 1866) in either the Nowy Dwor records nor the Volhynia records. Can someone help me find him? 
 
Also, I would very much like to find the marriage record for Samuel Joseph to Pauline Rosen. They were married about 1888, probably in Volhynia, but I have been unable to locate this record. I've seen Pauline's maiden name spelled various ways - Rosen, Rozan, Rossanke, Rozinko, Rosan. I'm thinking Pauline was native to Volhynia, but I don't know this for sure. The only records I have on her are two passenger lists, a census, and her death record, none of which list her maiden name or exact birth place. Her maiden name information comes from the marriage and death records of her children.
