[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Polish Translation

I would like some assistance in deciphering three Polish
church records. One of the problems is the handwriting – very poor on two of
them. I want to know the names, dates and references to parents or
sibling to see if they are relevant to my search. 
I am trying to find the parents and any siblings of my great
grandfather, Johann Hirsekorn.
