Hello Betty,
If its Catholic parishes you want, then there is a very
useful map on a CD, "The Latin Church in the Polish Commonwealth in 1772",
which you can buy from the PGSA ,

The parishes didn't change much, so the 1772 date isn't anything
to worry about.
