Here is the film listing from familysearch.org.   You can order the film 
at your nearest Family History Center of The Church of Jesus Christ of 
Latter-day Saints.

BTP means that it is birth data that we intended to to transfer to the 
Master Pedigree Database.   I don not think that was ever done, however- 
just a dream.
