The LDS ( Mormonen ) Library has 1992 EWZ micro films in Salt  Lake City. The cost of renting a micro film is about $8.00 for 60 days in Canada. But you must view the EWZ micro film at a Family History center near your place of residence to make it feasible. You can go online to Familysearch.org and view all the film  numbers for the micro films and so you could select the micro film number pertaining to the name you are searching for.
