The only online records for that region would be the St. Petersburg records.  They were publicly accessible for a year or so but due to restrictions imposed by that Archive, they can now only be viewed by LDS members or in LDS libraries.

l'm looking to see if anyone here knows of a good website to view birth/marriage/death records for Kloestitz, Bessarabia. I have no access to view micro fische records, so using sites that contain actual records is a plus for me.
