Looking to hire an appropriate researcher for Eisbrenner / Mielke / Kelm family information in Volhynia 1890's

The only confirmed information I have through documents are
1.  WW1 records show that my great uncle Julius Eisbrenner was born in Rivne/Rovno -- 18 Dec 1895.
2.  And in 1900 US Census my great grandfather August working on a farm as a hired hand in Neche, North Dakota.
3.  April 19, 1910 US Census the family in Neche, ND --- parents August(1866) / Justine (1871) were born in Poland and married in 1896, the oldest son Julius born in Russia in 1896.  The year of immigration for Father - 1897, and the mother and oldest son -1898.  They had 10 children, 5 living.
The family story was that they were born in Jalowitz (?), Poland ----Lutherans of German descent who immigrated first to Gretna, Manitoba.  That August got a job first across the border in North Dakota and then once they had enough money they rented a place. Then my grandmother and her siblings were born and raised in North Dakota.

AUGUST EISBRENNER     Born 26 Feb 1865 in Poland         Death 30 May 1941 in Bathgate,North Dakota

AUGUSTA (JUSTINE) MIELKE    Birth 10 March 1871 in Poland  Death 3 July 1933 in Bathgate, North Dakota
Justine had a sister Anna who married Julius Kelm in Volhynia and did not immigrate with them.

I was interested in HIRING someone who was an expert to do research on my AUGUST and JUSTINE.  Any recommendations?   I
already have spent quite a bit of time on multiple websites and have not
found anything that has helped me identify how to find out the family
names or towns that my great grandparents came from so therefore I really can't use the excellent information on the SGGEE website for research.  I have collected family names of Eisbrenners and Mielke families from the 1800's,  but as of yet have not been able to find out the names of my great great grandparents on either side.  I do not read
German, Polish or Russian.  I would like researcher to look for marriage dates,
parents names, sons birth record, what ship immigrated, etc.

THANK YOU FOR ADVICE
