Sorry but there is still no location with that spelling.  

There is Debriza which is close to Rowno but could have been in Zhitomir Parish at time of birth.  There is Dubowitz or Dubrowiec (sort of similar sounding in pronunciation) in regions closer to Zhitomir.  

Does she or her family appear in the St. Pete records?

Sorry, should have written Dobritz, Governement Sitomir, Russia. This comes from a marriage record for Canada  Acc# 89.440.Box 18, File 1931 Reg. #469 H a marriage of 17 May 1905 St. John;s Church, Wetaskiwin, Alberta Canada.
