[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Surname: Schuetpelz

I took a click through several Member Trees at ancestry.com just now.
One of them shows that August Schuettpelz 1848-1934 married
Caroline W. Hischke 19 Mar 1875 "at the Evangelical church on
the von Zitzewitz estate at Budow, Kr. Stolp, now renamed St.
Mary's Catholic Church".
This is in the historical region of Pomerania; the Kreis was on the
Baltic coast.
Technically, yes, it was not in Russian Poland, much less Volhynia!
But Pommern is certainly one of the feeder regions for people who
did live in our areas.

P.S. LDS has no filmed records for this church. So I do not
cannot imagine how one would verify the fact.
