[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Acquiring birth and marriage certificates

Sorry  -  the relative I'm referring to is Mathilde Lieske, b. Nov 1899 in
Bogdanka, and died in Marburg sometime between 1988 and 1992.  I don't know
the death date but were still able to visit her when we lived in (W) Germany
in 1988.

Why do so many people ask questions about their ancestor without giving any
names? Perhaps the list members may have the same relatives.

If anyone can answer this, I, too would like to know.  I would like a death
certificate and obit for my grandmother's sister who died in Marburg, but
have come up empty in all attempts to get either.
