For what it may be worth-there is a Ferdinand Rinas born in 1870 in Pisarjewski-and-Pauline Rinas born Potorske in Germany in 1871. They are in the War Records on EWZ Microfilm A3342EWZ250 J050 0426. someone on the list can advise you how you can view this Microfilm.
The EWZ Microfilm usually give lots of information on parents and relatives. Good hunting.
