though the catastral map 1:1.000 of http://maps.geoportal.gov.pl/webclient still shows the name Grzybinki, its actual 
name and affiliation is

    Grzybiny Małe,
    gmina Działdowo,
    powiat działdowski,
    województwo warmińsko-mazurskie

You find it at N 53.358351, E 20.05878.
The German 1:25.000 topographic map sheet 2686 Usdau ( http://amzpbig.com/maps/2686_Usdau_1938.jpg ) shows it slightly 
up and left of its center.
