[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Weinberg in Neuberg county Germany

Is it possble that Neinberg may be misspelled and the county is Nernberg?

  There is no Neuberg (=new mountain) county in Germany today or was in the
  past.

  There are 35 Weinberg (=vineyard) in Germany of today and 4-5 more in former
  German area now in Poland.

  Without more info there is no chance to find the location.
