[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] weiss and neumann famlie

Have you had any tips from Volhynian records about where these folk
lived in 'Poland'?
And are you able to give some dates (even very approximate) for their
births?  Names like Neumann and Weiss may be painfully common when it
comes to trying to trace them...
