[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] German-Polish history textbook source of friction

I think that book is only in German. If that is the case, it was misleading to translate the title to English.

Re the failings on the map, it might be a matter of the parameters used. Was it total number of Germans in an area? Percentage of the local population? Some other factor, or combination of factors? I don't think that any map like that would be able to cover everyone -- it's representative, but should not be expected to be absolutely precise. I have seen other maps of German areas in the east, including a couple in German-language historical atlases, and they are not 100 per cent accurate either.
