[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Polish to English translation volunteer?

I have a copy of a history of the Suwalki Lutheran Church written in Polish.  It is about 6 pages long in a Word document format.

Is there anyone who can translate this for us?  It needs to be quite accurate as we will probably publish it in our Journal.
