RE: [Ger-Poland-Volhynia] RJulia Röder (Roeder) from Warsaw, Poland

Just recently I heard that my great grandmother Julia Röder (Roeder) was
born in Warsaw, Poland.  The year was 1865.  From what I can gather, she
married Ludwig Schpringer (Spreger) before 1892 as they had a daughter born
that year.  Julia may have married Ludwig in Poland or possibly in Annette,
Nowograd-Wolynsk, Volhynia.

Ludwig died some time before 1894 and Julia remarried to Johann Wagner on
January 8, 1894 in Annette.

Can anyone suggest an on-line archives or databases I can use to try to find
more information about Julia and Ludwig.  I've not been able to find
anything in St. Petersburg records, though I've been able to find Johann
Wagner's family.
