Apparently Kemring wrote a Heimatbuch article that might be available under inter-library loan from Fort Hayes State University Library - see http://www.fhsu.edu/uploadedFiles/academic/library/ethnic/2007%20Ethnic%20Bibliography.pdf
and search the file for his name.  It will be in the German language.
