mein Englisch ist nicht so gut.

ich habe meine Mutter gefragt und sie macht die Suppe immer so:

- Kirschen aufkochen
- etwas heiße Milch mit Kartoffelmehl anrühren und die Kirschsuppe damit
andicken und dann kann man soviel Milch zugeben,
  wie  man möchte--es gerinnt dann nicht mehr.
- dann die Mehl-Ei-Klunkern hinein tun.

 Meine Mutter macht dies auch mit Äpfeln oder Kürbis.
