[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Location of Moronesch, Russia

In our family EWZ52 records I found the name of "Moronesch" Russia as the
location of my mother's family from 1915 through 1918?
I am wondering if anyone has come accross that name and as to where it is
located or anything on how the people from Rovno, Zdolbunow areas where
transported there.
