Thanks to all those who have written to me about suggestions for finding
more info about my greatgrandfather from "Warsau"- Nelson, Paul, Gary, &
Bob. I never knew about city directories- in fact, that's a good suggestion
even for easier US relatives! Finding the parents of Karl (1863) and
Gottlieb(1867) HAAK will be my first step backwards. Hope I can do it
eventually, as no one else in my family is working on genealogy! I
