Does anyone have a map showing either Kepa Przysypka or Ostrow Niemieckie? 
They were both in Wyszogrod Evangelical parish, probably near Kepa 
Niemiecka, and are mentioned in these records:

Wyszogród 1859 Baptism No. 10
Wyszogród 1860 Baptism No. 49
Wyszogród 1866 Baptism No. 88
Wyszogród 1870 Marriage No. 5

These records pertain to Christan and Eva (Flemke) Fenske, who between 1857 
and 1870 seem to have "Kepa-hopped" from Kepa Niemiecka, to Kepa Przysypka, 
to Kepa Niemiecka, to Kepa Przysypka, to Kepa Niemiecka, to Kepa Przysypka, 
to Ostrow Niemieckie, and then back again to Kepa Niemiecka.
