- married 2.  03.07.1849 at Bialystok. ev.-luth.: 
                  Katharina (wid.) VORWERK nee UTTIG, *about 1823 at Sompolno,
                  widow of Samuel VORWERK, Tuchmacher
                  father: Johann UTTIG, Tischler + mother: Dorothea LANGNER, both
                  died before 1849;
When marr., both lived at Dobrzyniewo/Bialystok !

Document states: 
Michael ZIELKE (2) earlier lived in Lodz. So: birthplace Kobyla could be Kobyla miejska, "gmina" Szadek, powiat Zdunska-Wola.
And: marriage record of ZIELKE-parents perhaps should be found at Lodz area, UTTIG's at Sompolno. 
 
When the document was issued Michael ZIELKE (2) was 38 years old, Katharina VORWERK 35 y. o.
According to unknown (exact) date of issue of the document the years of birth are unsafe.
