Hello Betty:
There is a Ferdinand Zabel in the Odessa Library born 28 Jan 1870 father
Michael, mother Susanna Rohm. I doesn't say where he was born. Could be his
sister right beside Louise 18 Jan 1872 in Solodrie. There are some more too.

Does anyone know of a genealogy researcher in Volhynia? 

I'm looking for my great grandfather, Ferdinand Zabel. I found the birth of
his daughter, Bertha, in Lezachow, but can't find Ferdinand. There are a lot
of Zabels and Zobels in Rozyszcze. I think they're related but can't prove
it. 

Help!

Hi Betty, I'm with you.  I have found some connections in this area but I
think a lot of the other Schumann and Freimanns connect with my family, only
I don't find the links. Carol
