You've already received good advice from several.  I just wanted to point out that Zabloty is about equidistant from Zdunska Wola and Belchatow (not Belchanow) so you may have to look at both parishes for data, depending on the whim of where the parents wanted the baptism to take place in that given year.

Teschke is certainly Gemanic but not very common.  Far more common is Teske (250 vs. 5 in our database) and I would encourage you to consider that as a variant spelling in your search.
