The Elisabethpol records were ordered back in Dec. 5/07 so I would think
that they should show up fairly soon. It's been a long wait; perhaps the
analogy of watching a kettle of water come to a boil, might apply here.

If Wanda Netzel was born in Elisabethpol, her baptism record should be in 
LDS microfilm 2380021 for Rozyszcze Lutheran parish and also in microfilm 
2380038, Item 2 which has the Kantorate records for Elisabethpol.  Records 
of other members of her family may be on the films as well.  You can order 
the films and view them at a LDS Family History Center.

If you are not able to go to a Family History Center, please write to me 
privately and I may be able to do a look up for you.
