Thank you to everyone who helped with this.  Dave Obee sent me this linhttp://www.findmypast.com/passengerListPersonSearchStart.action?redef=0k: 
and I managed to pull up the outbound ship records for Adolf Stege and family, but there is something written on the record that I am unsure of.  It looks like, beside the names, it says:  " see Vendsyssel _____
3/8".  Can anyone help with this?  I have posted the image at the following link:
