[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] post WWI immigration, found something in Germany?

I cannot find Pohajce or equivalent anywhere in Poland.  There is an 
Osnowka NE of Warsaw but that area is not known to have German settlements.

I wish I could be more helpful.  I can say that the Reichshof 
mentioned below was in Galicia, not Russian Poland.
