Thank you for the additional information.   I'm resending your message back to the listserve.  I believe there are a few subscribers who have Sattelmeier's in their family and could provide you with further information.

>From what I can see in the SGGEE databases, the Sattelmeier or Sattelmeyer name is found in Lutheran church records in Ilow and Lowicz, which towns are about 80 kilometers west of Warsaw.

  I know my great great grandfather Sattelmeier Friedrich has wife Botker Karoline.Their son Sattelmeier Albrecht was born in 1880 in Warsaw.I don`t know did they have any more children.My great grandfather Sattelmeier Albrecht had two wifes.I don`t know name first wife,but I know names 5 of their kids:Irene Sattelmeier,Otylia Sattelmeier,Luiza Sattelmeier,Edward Sattelmeier,Sattelmeier Elza.
  His second wife my great grandmother was Schachtschneider Hulda she was born in 1900 in Pogozche.They had 5 kids:
  -Lidie Sattelmeier (I don`t know date of her birth but I
   know she moved to England.)
  -Theodor Sattelmeier (my grandfather born 21september  1922 in Dubno.He stay in Poland)
  -Adele Sattelmeier ( born 1february 1925 in Dubno.She  moved  to Dortmund and change name on Sickel)
  -Waldemar Sattelmeier (born 2february 1927 in Dubno he move to Dortmund)
  -Erich Sattelmeier (born 30march 1929 in Anin in Poland)
  I know then my great grandfather had another five children with those wifes.Two of them die, but i don`t have any information of other three.
