[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Russian documents

I have 2 or 3 documents in Russian. Probably these documents are related 
with buying land. My great grandfather bought land in Poland at the 
beginning of the XX century.

Unfortunately, my knowledge of Russian is not very good. Can anyone help 
me with the translation of these documents?
