Earlier, it would have been Kokotzko, Kr. Culm, West Prussia

I have a birth record or certificate in German. The town is Kokotzho as best
as I can determine. It has a circular stamp which also has Kokotzho in it as
well as Kelm. I don't see either in the village database. Could someone take
a look at it?
