[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Death place of Ludwigh Otto

Ludwigh Otto died in July of 1938 in Jachimupha-Wohlemien in Poland.  He 
was the father of Alex Otto (my gg grandfather).  I have been told that 
Jachimupha-Wohlemien might be Jackimowka in Wladimir Wolhynski.  Can 
anyone confirm this or have any other suggestions?
