Al,
I'm not aware of an extraction project for these new films.  Even if an 
extraction project is underway, it is likely to be awhile before it is 
available.  Consequently, you may want to order the films.  The records are in 
German to the end of 1891 and thereafter in Russian Cyrillic.  The handwriting 
is generally clear and easily decipherable using the guides available on the 
SGGEE website.
