[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] food spelling please

The first word should be spelled Schacha. My grandmother from middle
Poland made Schacha Scherke, but some of those who settled in South
Russia called it Prachasupp. Possibly just a dialect variation. In
America it tastes a little better with half a medium onion and 1 bay
leaf. It's also great with some homebaked bread and butter on the side.
