[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Footnote and National Archives data

Thanks for this lead, Sue.  Wouldn't it be great if they would put the 
Captured German War Documents online?  That would include the EWZ stuff as 
well as many other great sources.  I can't imagine it happening, though.  Or 
could it?  They do ask for "suggestions".  I made one.
