Rivnie certainly could be Rowno but there are other similarly named places in Poland and elsewhere as well.
It would help if you could give us some context for that and the rest of your questions. Do you expect to find your people in these regions or are you grasping at straws based on place name spellings from family lore? What records have you used to find these place names and what other info, if any, is associated with them?
