definitely no!
WILCZISKA seems to be an American derivate of WILCZEWSKA, the female 
version of WILCZEWSKI which again derives from WILCZEW = 'of the wolves' 
(wilk = wolve).

WITKOWSKA is the female version of WITKOWSKI which derives from WITEK = 
'little Vitus'
