[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Passports or Identity Papers

Is it possible the name of the ship could be ""Belgravia"? There seems to be
a discrepancy between the 1910 census saying he immigrated in 1903 and the
1909 naturalization paper saying he arrived in 1902.
According to Morton Allan Directory, the Belgravia arrived only once in 1902
on Dec 30. In 1903 it arrived on Feb 24, April 8, June 27, Nov 2, and Dec
23.
I do know that the information my grandfather gave on his naturalization
form was incorrect as to ship name.
Just a thought...
