[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] 1939 Resettlement Records

Bear in mind that the 1939 Resettlement Records are the EWZ files, under a
different name. The resettlement started in Polish Volhynia, Galicia and the
Narewgebiet long before it started in Russian Volhynia.
