[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] villages to locate

I am looking to locate the following places on a map.  They were places where 
my family was registered or resettled from Vohlynia to Warthegau.

Zgierz
Limbach
Pabianice
Dembianki
Czamanin
Hohensalza
Komorowo, Lubraniez
Kiebitzdorf (Czanjo)  Lutbrandau

Can someone give me advice on how to do this or does someone already know 
where to find them?!
