If you are going to open this up for the entire Ukraine, you have at 
LEAST 18 possibilities based on one source, perhaps more.

If you can limit it to Volhynia, there is one Katerinowka located 
about 12 km west of Zhitomir.

There was also a Katarzynowka located about 7 km east of Rozyszcze.

There may be others but these are the ones known to have had German residents.
