[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] passengers from Lutzk to Canada

Some of my ancestors came to Canada (Alberta) via Ellis Island.  The 
route they followed in 1901 and 1903 was by train from New York to 
Montreal, and then the Canadian Pacific Railway (CPR) from Montreal 
to Winnipeg, and then to Calgary.  From Calgary they rode the 
Calgary-Edmonton Railroad (also a CPR line) to Edmonton to the CPR 
Station at Strathcona (now South Edmonton).
