Hi Ellen,
   
  Radom and Pajakow was  part of the Congress Kingdom aka Kingdom of Poland at that time. The Conress Kingdom was found in 1815 and was the autonomous country joined by a pesonal union to Russia. 

  Radom was a part of Austria from 1795 to 1807.
