Hello Everyone,
I received my great-great-grandmother's (Emilie Menke nee Brandt) death certificate. I was wondering if anyone would be so kind as to look at it, analyze the handwriting, and give opinion as to surnames and place names on it. VERY valuable info for me - her parent's names, mom's maiden name. etc...It's handwritten English - but nevertheless difficult. I can send JPEG attachment individually to you.
Any help greatly appreciated!!!
Rose Ingram - if you see this - we discussed this once - I thought her father's birthplace read Brest, Poland - you thought unlikely because that area was Catholic primarily - my family was Lutheran, but hers, who knows?
Thanks, Chris Menke
