[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] ShtetlSeeker down because of hurricane

For anyone trying to use ShtetlSeeker in the past week, it currently 
cannot be accessed.  The servers for this site are located in 
Houston, Texas and they were removed from there for safekeeping 
during the recent hurricane.  Not sure when it will be available 
again but be patient as it ought to be sometime soon.
